I am a micro business owner who provides professional administrative, personal, and managerial support while working in long-term collaborative partnership with only a few clients.

I have nineteen years experience in the Online Support Specialist / Virtual Assistant industry. I specialize in working with life coaches and consultants to implement systems that expand their business. I will partner with you to do the work you need, so that you can do the work you love.

I will assist you in building your business as if it were my own because when you succeed, I succeed. Prior to running my own virtual support business, I worked in the administrative assistant, executive assistant and office manager fields. In those fields I worked in both the profit and non-profit industries including manufacturing, real estate, children’s services, human resources, and legal assisting.

Can I use Business Assist if I only have a few hours of work a month?

Yes. Business Assist will partner with you to do the work you need so that you can do the work you love. I will assist you in building your business as if it were my own because when you succeed, I succeed.

What do you charge for your services?

Most services are offered at an hourly rate of $35. to $45.  Package rates are also available.  Retainer package rates usually include a certain number of hours per month for a flat fee, with the occasional additional hours billed at the hourly rate.

Will my information be kept safe and private?

Yes.  With a degree in the Legal Secretarial field I understand the importance of confidentiality.  All files will be kept in locked cabinets and no information will ever be shared without prior written authorization from the owner of the business.

Do I come to your office or will you come to mine?

I work remotely from my office via the internet and telephone, however, I am available to travel to an office within my local central Maine area if the need arises.

Do I have to be from Maine to use your services?

No.  As a virtual assistant I work with people from all over the world.  I work with you by telephone, fax, email and internet to assist you in reaching your business goals.
